The online 90 day challenge includes: 

  • The WildFit Video Training Programme: through over 40 in-depth videos, the founder, Eric Edmeades, will walk you through the food mindset and lifestyle changes at the core of the WildFit philosophy.
  • Weekly live group coaching sessions with me as your personal coach: you will be coached by me in a small group of like-minded people. I’m here to listen, guide, support, motivate and celebrate with you all the way.
  • Private WildFit Community Space: committing (and sticking) to any lifestyle change is that much easier when you’re surrounded by a supporting group of people. This private Facebook group will help you stay on track and be a rich resource for recipes, motivation and support.
  • Recordings of all live coaching sessions: the recordings will come in handy if you have to miss any of the live coaching sessions. Re-watch them as often as you like, during your six-month access period.
  • Living WildFit e-book: this e-book will help you integrate everything you learn in WildFit so that after the 90-day programme is complete, you will have a clear roadmap to keep living the WildFit way.
